Great location within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.
Room was just a little smaller than expected but wasn't an issue.

Staff was friendly & attentive. Hotel was clean & great location.
Bathrooms were small. They charge for internet access.
The hotel entrance and lobby are beautiful. All the staff was courteous and accommodating. The rooms are quiet, clean & comfortable. We had a non-smoking room with queen bed. The room was a tad small which we didn't mind. We would have liked the bathroom to be larger. 2 people in the bathroom is crowded. We did not eat at the restaurant or use any of its amenities. I tried to check email from their business center, but there was a charge to do so. We were allowed to print our boarding passes for free though. The location of this hotel was ideal.
This hotel did not have a hot tub. The parking was very expensive.
This hotel was ideally located in the French Quarter in New Orleans. It was easy to walk to everything. The lobby, restaurant and room were lovely. Location to bars and restaurants was excellent.
The two beds we were given were singles for two adults each.
It would have been nice to be able to get a room with two double beds, instead they gave us two single beds for four adults, luckily, we all cuddled.

The location.
Room size was very small. Room needed updating - especially the bathroom. The window leaked profusely with a heavy rain.
